We take one client per industry per market. When your category is held in your geography, we will tell you no. That is not a sales tactic. That is the product.
Every engagement is a one-time Foundation Build to plant the flag, plus a monthly position retainer to hold it. Engagements start at $5,000 per month; the Foundation Build is quoted per market and typically runs two to three months of the retainer. If one new customer per month is worth less than that to your business, we are probably not your fit, and we would rather tell you that here than on a call.
